Yes. We clean offices, retail and hospitality venues, strata and body corporate common areas, and medical, dental and childcare premises across Townsville, usually after hours. Commercial clients get a written scope of work and a fixed monthly price.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance, and we are happy to send a certificate of currency on request — many commercial clients and property managers ask for one, and you should.

Yes. We supply all equipment and cleaning products as standard. If you prefer we use specific products — for allergies, sensitivities or particular surfaces — let us know and we will work with them.

No. Many of our residential clients are at work, and we can arrange key or lockbox access. Commercial sites are usually cleaned after hours. Wherever possible the same cleaners attend each visit.

We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card, and direct debit for recurring services. One-off residential jobs are invoiced on completion with 7 days to pay; regular and commercial clients are invoiced monthly in arrears with 14 days to pay. We ask for a deposit only where we are committing labour or buying materials ahead of the job: 25% on one-off jobs over $400 and on all bond cleans, and 40% on post-construction cleans. There is no deposit on recurring services once your first invoice is paid. Any deposit is shown on your quote before you accept it, comes off the final invoice rather than being an extra charge, and is refunded in full if we cancel or if you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice.
